SHIPPING COST:
We offer standard shipping through our trusted partner, The Courier Guy, at a flat rate of R95. That means our shipping cost is R95.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:
Transit time is 2-4 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Handling time is 0-1 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time will be 1:00 PM Time zone: (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg).
All orders received before 1pm (Monday to Friday), will be processed and dispatch on the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be processed and dispatch the following day. On average, orders will take 2 to 5 working days to reach you once dispatched via The Courier Guy.
Please note that working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the
place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@perfumelounge.co.za
or Phone (+27) 69 501 6902.
WRONG ADDRESS:
Remember, if you give us the wrong address and you are not there, the product will be
stored in our store again. You will have to bear the full shipping cost for giving the wrong
address.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept
cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already
been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
PARSELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the
courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered
without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
TAX:
We do not charge any kind of tax.
ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM
After your order has been processed, a waybill number to track your parcel will be automatically e-mailed to you. If you haven’t received the e-mail with your waybill number within 24 hours, feel free to get in touch with us for an update. You can also track your parcel with your order number by visiting our “track your order” page.
